Filling machines of high pressure of the Polymer Komplex are environmentally friendly, waste-free installations for processing of any two-component systems of polyurethane foam. Machines can be built in the line and work in the automatic mode. They can be applied also to production of products from polyurethane foam on stationary filling forms.
On technological effectiveness and technological level of the machine of the Polymer Komplex do not concede to mas of the leading foreign companies, and even surpass them in reliability, being two-three times cheaper.

Basic equipment of high-pressure filling machines PC Polymer-Komplex:
- Pneumatic pumps for the injection of components from container containers in a tank filling machine
- Tanks with a volume of 0.33m3; 0.63 m3; 1m3 (depending on machine performance) with water jackets for temperature control of components and a visual equation. By agreement with the customer, they are installed on the frame of the filling machine, or stand nearby.

- Touch screen through which the whole setup goes. The main functions of the program: 60 programs. level, temperature and pressure control with protection system; weekend mode, periodically including the circulation of components on weekends and holidays; data on the pipes through which data can be entered on the pipe – the diameter of the steel pipe, the diameter of the sheath (steel or plastic), the length of the sheath, the required value and the machine itself calculates the seconds of filling with the configured material capacity; storage of information about fillings and accidents, with the possibility of transferring to a USB-drive
